Gratitude means many things to many people and it’s one thing that many people have forgotten to do on a daily basis.
Being grateful for the wonderful things you already have in your life and in your world. This includes being grateful for the gift of this new day, for nature, for yourself and what you bring to your world, plus having a home, a bed, food, family, pets, gardens, cars etc. Many people take all this for granted, and forget when they are complaining about negative things happening in their lives, how much they do have to be grateful for.
Appreciating and showing gratitude for all you do have in your life right now: –
1. Makes you feel better and it shifts your perspective from negative to positive.
2. You feel better and you create good feelings within you.
3. By feeling good you start to see more good things happening in your life.
Being in the feeling of gratitude and appreciation you are sending this energy or frequency out into the Universe. Then the Universe will send more good things your way. Law of attraction states ‘What You Focus on Expands’, ‘Like attracts Like’. Good things start flowing into your life, like hearing from a long lost friend synchronicities’ and coincidences, the good comes to you in many forms, through people, books, radio, and friends.
What you focus on expands, like energy attracts like energy, this also goes for the negative as well as positive. The negative is where many people focus on most of the time, on the lack, what they don’t have in the life. By practising daily being grateful and appreciating everything you already have in life. Saying thank you when you experience miracles and good things happening in your life, you will attract more good things into your life, and you will start experiencing more joy and happiness.
