“What are your goals, intentions, for this Year? “Have you set some goals already? What would you like to see happen this year? ” Have you written your goals out? Have you even got started yet?”
If not, make a point to set aside and hour or two, to create a plan on what you would like to achieve this year?
To get started, it’s great idea to reflect on last year, this way you see your successes, achievements, that you may have forgotten about.
Here are some questions that will help trigger those memories.
“What did you achieve?”
“What were your wins or successes?”
“What was the most incredible thing you discovered about yourself?”
“What were you proud of?”
“What did last year led you to do………?”.
“What wonderful lessons did you learn?”
“What dreams came true for you?”
“How do you know yourself more because…..?”
“What transformed you last year?”
“What did you let go of last year?”
“What are you happy about because ……?”
As you answer these questions and remembering the experiences, create a gratitude page, expressing your gratitude and appreciation.
If you had negative experiences that upset you. Create a rant page, writing those feelings, thoughts and emotions out of your system.
When finished take a deep breath and breathing out, release those emotions.
Remember, to give thanks for those negative experiences, they show you, what you don’t want. The positive side, you discover what it is you do want. Then imagine the sun shining on you, bathing you in golden light, which will give you an uplifting positive feeling.
When finished reflecting on the past year, then look at what you would like to have happen this year.

Suggestion, once you have you goals or intentions written down, take it another step further. Have a book or journal handy, with each goal or intention write it out in fill, as if you are living it now.
“What and how would it feel like? What would you be feeling or doing? What is happening?” Be precise and really flesh it out, include how you will know that you have achieved your goal.
“What is the evidence showing you that you have achieved your goal?”
Your goal may be quite big, and for it to come to fruition, there may be several steps in achieving it. Each of these steps will have evidence, showing you are getting closer to your goal. By writing down the evidence, this will help keep you focused on the end result.
Another suggestion, write out “how will you celebrate your goal / achievement?” Describe what you are doing as if you are living it in the now.
Read your goals daily, visualize it as you read and really sensationalize it. By doing this you are feeling the emotions, the joy of your goal, and it uplifts you.
Writing your goals out, and reading them daily. You are setting the wheels in motion, for the Universe to bring people, circumstance, synchronicities into your life, showing you are in the process of achieving your goals.
